Privacy policy

How Feeditorial handles your information.

Last updated 17 August 2026

Feeditorial ("Feeditorial", "we", "us") is a done-for-you daily content service for social media theme pages, operated by Bold Boost LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use feeditorial.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.

What we collect

Application form. When you apply for a slot we collect the details you type: your name, email address, the social accounts you list, your follower range, the plan you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field. We also record the time of the submission, a hashed form of your IP address, your browser's user agent, and the page you arrived from, so we can tell real applications from automated ones.

Analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons tapped, whether the application form was started and finished, the device and browser type, approximate location by country, and the campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example whether you came from Instagram or an ad). PostHog sets cookies and stores an anonymous identifier in your browser. If you later apply, that anonymous browsing history is linked to your application so we can see which channel brought you to us.

Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to applications. The Pixel sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit and the events on this site (page views, starting the form, submitting it). When you submit an application we also send Meta a server-side "Lead" event containing a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email address and name, your IP address, your browser user agent, and Meta's own cookie values, so that Meta can match the conversion to the ad you saw. Meta processes this under its own privacy policy. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Bot protection. The application form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals to decide whether you are a human.

Email. When you apply we email ourselves a copy of your application through Resend, and we reply to you from an @feeditorial.com or @aifactory.ad address.

Why we collect it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for anything unrelated to Feeditorial.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers that make the site work: Vercel (hosting and the form relay), Cloudflare (bot protection), PostHog (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement, as described above), Resend (transactional email), and our own internal application tracker. Each of them processes data on our behalf or under their own published policies. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept for as long as we might work together and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Analytics data is kept in aggregate; individual event data is retained according to PostHog's default retention. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

Cookies

The site sets cookies for analytics (PostHog), advertising measurement (Meta Pixel), and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). None are needed to read the site. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site will still work, we will just see less about how it is used.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, or California), you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Feeditorial is a business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, note it on the site.
