Terms of service

The terms Feeditorial works under.

Last updated 17 August 2026

These terms govern your use of feeditorial.com and, if we agree to work together, the Feeditorial service. By using the site or applying for a slot you agree to them. Plain language throughout, on purpose. Feeditorial is operated by Bold Boost LLC ("Feeditorial", "we", "us").

What the service is

Feeditorial produces and schedules daily content for social media theme pages. Content ideas are sourced from what already performs in your niche (including source pages you nominate), rebuilt for your page with a new image and new caption in your voice, fact checked, and approved by a human editor before it publishes. We never promise "original" content in the sense of ideas no one has posted before; we promise content rebuilt for your page and checked before it ships.

Applying

Applying through the site is a request, not a contract. We review every application and reply personally. We may decline any application for any reason, most often because the page is not a fit for what we do well. Founding-cohort pricing is limited to the number of slots we say it is limited to at the time, and is offered in exchange for permission to use your page's results in case studies.

Plans, billing, cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and the plan simply does not renew; there are no contracts and no lock-in. Prices are the ones shown to you when you sign up; founding-cohort rates stay fixed for as long as you keep the plan without interruption.

Our two guarantees

Fit guarantee. If the first week of content does not feel like your page, tell us within that first week and we refund that month in full. You keep the posts.

Every-day guarantee. If we miss a scheduled publishing day that was our fault, that month is free. Days missed because the platform, your account status, or an access you revoked prevented publishing are not covered, but we will always tell you what happened.

Access to your accounts

We never ask for your password. Publishing works through the official scheduling permissions the platforms provide, which you grant and can revoke at any time. Keeping those permissions in place while you are on a plan is part of what lets us keep the every-day guarantee.

Your responsibilities

What we do not promise

Growth, reach, brand deals, and revenue depend on the platforms, your niche, and things neither of us controls. The numbers we show on this site are real results from pages we run, on different pages and in different months, and nobody's page grows in a straight line. We do not guarantee any particular follower count, view count, or income.

Content and rights

Content we create for your page is yours to keep and use on that page once it has been paid for. We may show it, and your page's public results, in case studies if you have agreed to that as part of a founding-cohort slot. You may withdraw that permission for future materials at any time by telling us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or lost brand deals, or for actions taken by the platforms against your account.

Not affiliated with Meta

Feeditorial is an independent service. This site and the service are not part of Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc., and are not endorsed by Meta in any way. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If we change them, we will update the date at the top; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
